I. Overview
YB2 Series Compact high-voltage flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest product developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign high-voltage motor manufacturing technology and combining with our company's long-term stable production experience in the design and manufacture of high-voltage flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor. This series of motors adopt new technology, new material, new technology, exquisite material selection, excellent manufacturing, small size, light weight, high power, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance and other characteristics.
The protection level of the motor shell of this series is IP54, the cooling mode is IC411, and the installation mode is IMB3. It can also be made into different protection types, cooling modes and installation modes according to the user's requirements.
This series of motors meet the requirements of GB755 "Quota and Performance of Rotating Motor", GB3836.1 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Flameproof"d". They are made into flameproof motors with ExdI and Exd II AT4 < br/> Exd II BT4 and Exd II CT4 are suitable for dangerous places in zones 1 and 2 with explosive gas environment. It can be widely used to drive all kinds of general machinery, such as compressors, pumps, crushers, cutting machines, transport machinery and other mechanical equipment, in mining, machinery industry, petrochemical industry, power plants and other industrial and mining enterprises as the prime mover.
Exd I is suitable for explosive gas environment of non-mining face in coal mine with methane or coal dust.
Exd II AT4 is suitable for class II class A in factories. The temperature groups are T1, T2, T3 and T4 explosive gas environments.
Exd II BT4 is suitable for class II B gas environment in factories. The temperature groups are T1, T2, T3 and T4 explosive gas environment.
Exd II CT4 is suitable for class II C gas environment in factories. The temperature groups are T1, T2, T3 and T4 explosive gas environment.
The protection level of the motor body shell and junction box is IP54, and IP55 can also be made. The motor can also be made into YB2-W outdoor type, YB2-TH indoor wet-tropical type, YB2-THW outdoor wet-tropical type, YB2-TA indoor dry-tropical type, YB2-TAW outdoor dry-tropical type, YB2-T indoor tropical type, YB2-TW outdoor tropical type and YB2-WF1 outdoor anti-moderate corrosion type and other climatic environment motors. The main installation dimensions are the same as those of the basic series motors.

This series of motors adopt the compact structure which is popular in the world. The inner and outer surfaces of the seat and end cover are all distributed with radiating ribs. They are compact in size and beautiful in appearance.
The stator is of exterior pressure structure, and the insulation grade is F. The stator coil is made of copper flat wire with insulation. After wrapping main insulation and VPI coating, the stator coil has higher electrical strength, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
The rotor adopts squirrel cage structure, and the dynamic balance is checked with high precision. The motor runs smoothly and has small vibration.
The high-voltage junction box is sealed structure with large connection cavity and cable joint position. The junction box is usually located on the right side of the motor.
According to the different power and speed of bearing structure selection: H355 ~ 560-4, 6, 8P rolling bearings H500 ~ 560-2P using sliding bearings. Bearings of rolling bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and drainage devices, which can regularly supplement grease. Sliding bearings are end-cap spherical sliding bearings. Pressure oil supply lubrication, oil ring self-lubrication or compound lubrication are adopted (which are freely chosen by users, such as pressure oil supply lubrication without special requirements). Meanwhile, prevention measures are taken. Measures to generate shaft current.
According to user's needs, the motor can install bearing temperature measuring elements or instruments to monitor bearing temperature, and also can set stator temperature measuring elements, instruments and anti-condensation heating devices according to user's needs. Flameproof structure of motor adopts cylinder type, plane type and axial curve type.

Environmental temperature: It varies with the seasons, but the lowest ambient air temperature is not less than - 15 C, and the highest ambient air temperature is not more than 40 C.
Elevation: no more than 1000m.
Rated voltage: 6KV, 10KV.
Rated frequency: 50Hz.
Work system: continuous work system(S1)

Technical Data
The electrical performance of 5.1 YB2 series 6kV and 10kV Motors should meet the requirements of Table 5 or Table 6 respectively. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; the effective value of vibration speed of 5.2 motor is not more than 2.8mm/s.

When ordering, please specify the type of motor, rated power, synchronous speed, rated voltage, rated frequency, explosion-proof sign, structure and installation form, rotation direction (as seen at the extension end of the motor shaft), service environment (indoor and outdoor), and supply in clockwise direction if indicated otherwise, if not specified service environment.
