Washington, D.C.
David Fulton is a Senior Foreign Service Officer currently serving as Advisor to the U.S. Executive Director at the World Bank Group, where he directs a program to assist U.S. companies doing business with the World Bank and its clients.
The World Bank lends billions of dollars to developing countries each year. This funding stream produces many contracting opportunities for U.S. firms to supply consulting services or equipment under international competitive bidding rules. The World Bank’s private sector arm, the International Finance Corporation, is a source of equity and debt financing for projects in developing countries, and operates a very active trade finance program to reduce confirming bank risk in trade transactions.
Mr. Fulton has a law degree from the College of William and Mary, and a Master's degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
